Twelve weekly workout routines designed to make you stronger and more firm (tone). All you need are dumbbells and access to either walking/running outdoors or on a treadmill. Cardio options can include other weight-bearing activity such as exercising on an Elliptical, StairMaster or using a jump rope to name a few alternatives to walking/running.
This challenge is good for someone who is new to exercising as well as the most advanced level of fitness. Regardless where you begin, the weekly workouts will keep your body guessing and wanting to adapt to the routines, which results in your body transforming week after week.
If you aren't willing and able to exercise, this challenge is not for you. However, if you have the will, this challenge shows you the way.
